EPISODE 259 TINY HOUSE WOOD STOVE IDEAS

Today’s episode is on how i would build a tiny house wood stove. the problem with having a tiny house wood stove is the fact that space is a premium in a tiny house, so having a wood stove there full time is a waste of space. Also i talk about the challenges of making a tiny house wood stove small enough to ship. the reason for this is i wanted to build one and send it to James at survivalpunk.com for his tiny house. If i could make a good prototype i may sell them online or something. One thing is for certain if i can make a awesome prototype i may be able to ship it at a decent price> listen in today for some more of my thoughts on tiny house wood stoves and if you have any ideas leave a comment below.

EPISODE 173 ILLNESS AND PREPPING

Hello everyone,

Today’s episode is on illness and prepping. this episode is some of my thoughts on illness when trying to have a homestead. Thankfully i don’t have any livestock to take care of right now. I was barely able to go out and fill my outdoor wood stove. I could only go out and fill it partway up before i had to go inside and lay down again. It had me wiped out so bad i couldn’t get anything done.

Just so everyone knows we have switched hosting and there may be some issues with the site so let us know. also we have lost the pictures in the forum during the move so if you want them up there you may have to go and repost them.

And if you are not signed up for the forum stop by at www.lostskillspodcast.com/forum and check it out.

We have a segment called Gardening in 2 minutes with Holly and Joey Baird from the wisconsin vegetable gardener. com so please check them out !!

Its my first tiny house before tiny houses were cool.I built it when i was 16 years old, well at least half of it anyway. In fact it had a battery bank before they were cool too.We had an outhouse! It was almost entirely off grid except one standard household extension cord to charge the battery bank.Have i peaked your interest? Listen to todays episode to hear more about it!
