Second Mead Experiment

Here is my new mead brewing away. The previous recipe was pure mead (with raisins as a yeast helper). This time I have added raspberries for a try. I will keep you all informed how it goes.

looking good Lee. i wish i had time to mess around with making mead or beer. i just have too many irons in the fire, maybe in the future though. :D

It was not really labor intensive, just a bit of a mess. Plus, honey takes forever to pour. Smelling pretty good and it looks a bit like a lava lamp.
