todays episode is on the hospital bag. i came up with the idea of the hospital bag when my daughter got sick and my wife and i had to spend 4 days in the hospital with her. now if you have listened to my show before you may remember that my wife is a very reluctant to do anything with the whole “prepping thing.” but when i brought up the idea of the hospital bag to her she seemed receptive to it, mainly because we needed things and the trip was so sudden that things were forgotten and mt inlaws had to stop at our house and bring them to us because we were an hour away. now i have a get home bag in my truck but that is more geared to help me to get home from work nor stay anywhere. i dont have a proper bug out bag because it just brings up to much resistance, but i think i can start with a hospital bag and grow it from there.so i made a podcast on my thoughts on how a hospital bag is an easier way to get a reluctant spouse on board and i hope you enjoy them .
i am glad to finally be back , i have been very busy around my place . we have had vehicle troubles , my side business has been better than i expected, and things have just been crazy from the holidays. but anyway,i did find some places that i needed to shore my preps up so that is always a good thing, ant thats what i talk about in todays episode.
Todays episode is a on some updates of what i have going on here around my place and it is also a review of the tv show doomsday castle.i am trying to get out some more regular podcasts so any suggestions for show topics would be appreciated.
todays episode is on ten cheap things to put in a cache. but these are things that you could store in general that wont cost you a lot of money but are essential to your survival.this episode is geared towards people that have small houses like me ,or people that have ideas on burying some of their preps in caches. these are preps that have extremely long shelf lives so they don’t have to be disturbed often and cheap enough that they are easily replaced if something happens to them.
oops!!! this is the real episode 117 . sorry about the mix up.
today’s episode is my thoughts on how to start prepping in your life. i am not all doom and gloom about it, i am really more to the practical side when it comes to prepping.i believe that there are more practical reasons for prepping such ac job loss, death of a spouse, or a natural disaster. but i talk more about that in today’s episode.
today’s episode is on my thoughts on getting home and bugging out . these are just a collection of the things i have been thinking of lately while thinking about the need to bugout and the need to get home from my job or wherever i may be. i am sure that this topic could be expanded on further and i probably will do so in the future.
i am also sorry there was no show last week but i have been very busy with spring cleaning and all around my place and just have not had the time to get the audio edited and posted up for you guys.
Hello everyone, today’s episode is on emp preparedness. i do have to warn you that i did get a little ranty in the first part of the show so if you let small children listen when your listening, be warned i did say a few words that little children probably shouldn’t hear. but anyway today’s show is just on my thoughts on emp preparedness and the things i think you could do to better prepare for it.
today’s episode is on the commonality of caliber and the ammo shortage that we are all seeing. so what do i mean about commonality of caliber, well to me it means a couple of things first it means having multiple guns in one caliber and second it means owning a gun that is a commonly used caliber . and the second part of the show is my thoughts on the ammo shortage and how we can all help it end a little quicker.
Also i would like to mention i have a new voice recorder and i have been playing around with it to try to make the audio better when i am driving so please bear with me i think its better than it has been in the past but i want to continually try to improve it for you guys.
